I am very interested in promoting low impact development. I am a builder by background and always looking for new ways to tread more lightly on the planet. I was co-creator of the Built Green Idea home in Issaquah, intially conceived at a lunch with my good buddy Dave Porter. From 2002-2008 I also served on the Executive Committee of Built Green. Back in the early days when there were just five people plotting out the future of bringing sustainable development to the building industry. I also was involved with bringing Energy Star and Built Green 4 Star to Issaquah Highlands and sponsored the underwriting of bringing the ALA "healthy home" guidelines to Puget Sound, (courtesy of countless hours of effort of Jon Alexander of Sunshine Construction, thank you John! ).
If you know anyone interested in creating walkable and vibrant low impact communities, I want to be involved! I am also affliated with Coldwell Banker Bain, Bellevue Way office, where I specialize in connecting buyers and sellers of land.

I look forward to meeting you at the Sustainable Kirkland meeting in November! The meeting is at Doug Burgesser and Eileen Kadesh's house at 10627 NE 123rd St., Kirkland, a cul-de-sac off NE 124th St., about a third of a mile from the Totem Lake QFC. They're at the top of the hill after you turn south on 107th Pl and head up the hill (the street says dead-end). Doug and Eileen's phone number is 425-821-3798.
